Remodeled & continuously redecorated our private tropical ground floor setting makes this lower village condo a favorite for couples and families. Listen to the surf, watch sunsets, and get to know the birds and flowers of paradise. 1-2 minute level walk to Ekahi’s private, gated beach entry.
Plantation shutters, professionally outfitted closets, a fabulous kitchen, beautifully remodeled baths, and a great location help make our piece of paradise one of the more sought-after condos in Ekahi. Complimentary upgraded high-speed Internet with WIFI, Canada Calling, and US Long Distance.

Our floor plan is provided here to give you a sense of 20A’s layout. We have exceptional privacy for two couples with 2 ensuites, complete with their own private lanais.
Ekahi 20A is a very private condominium unit on one floor and in a very private corner setting. It has a lovely garden, lawn, and some peek-a-boo ocean views from every room except the 2nd bedroom, which opens onto a large enclosed lanai. A short, level, easy walk takes you to the beach and fabulous beachfront pool (covered cabana, kitchen and bath facilities) but another pool (unheated and designated ‘quiet’) and a paddle tennis court are adjacent to building 20’s parking area.
In 2014 we replaced 20A’s old split, ductless air conditioning system with thermostats in each of the bedrooms and living room with a similar but new system for more efficiency. All new windows and door walls throughout have also been replaced to increase quiet, efficiency & security. There are also ceiling fans everywhere.
In 2020 we replaced the old tile floors with wide plank luxury vinyl. Feels like wood to bare feet and so much better to stand on. With the floors, new furniture, and art, our older-style Hawaii Plantation look has now morphed into more of a beachy feel. We love the new look and hope you will too.
Our Bosch dishwasher is new in 2017! December 2015 finds a new FULL-SIZE front-loading Washer & Dryer – makes it easy to do your clothes and our linens and towels – we even supply laundry detergent. In 2020 we removed our conventional oven and replaced it with a large microwave that is also a convection oven. Toaster, full cooktop, and outdoor grill mean you can still cook large casseroles, pizzas, etc without heating up the kitchen. A blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, DVD/CD player, i-pod player/charger, iron/board, and full-size stacked washer/dryer are also in the unit for your convenience. Complimentary cable (yes we have a DVR & sports package), high-speed Internet access with WIFI, 3 Smart TVs with all the apps, a printer/fax, answering machine, cordless phones, and a digital wall safe are also in the unit for your use.
Located in Ekahi’s Lower Village means that our condo has one of the shortest, and level, walks possible to our main Pavilion Pool and Keawakapu Beach. We are close enough (about a 5-iron shot) to the ocean you can hear the surf.
Thinking of you, we provide hair dryers, beach chairs, and towels. Laundry and dishwasher detergent are on hand for your convenience. Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap are also provided. If you have a special spice you like to cook with, it is best to bring it from home as many are hard to find or very expensive here. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and more are usually available in the condo.
We love the paddle tennis court, semi-private grassy yard & quiet pool just outside our building, but the oceanfront pool and pavilion offer an amazing option for close-in whale watching and gated access to Keawakapu Beach – your gateway to miles of walking along the oceanfront.

To secure this booking, a payment of 2 days is due within 5 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.

We will show a TENTATIVE booking (Yellow) on our calendar for your dates and change it to BOOKED (red) when your initial payment is received. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received.
Cancellation Policies:
For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival – we only refund what we can re-rent on a pro-rata basis.
COVID – 19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate,and you are inside the 60 days (you’ve made full payment) then you have the option:
1. 100% credit to a future stay within 12 months OR
2. Refund equal to amount paid less 1 night rental. If we can re-rent your dates, we’ll refund the 1 night as well
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, except Holiday Season when it is 14 nights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Ekahi has removed all grills / BBQs from private lanais and now has several community BBQs through the property (Pavilion Pool, Building 47)
Cleaning Fee of $175 – $295 + TAX applies to all condos regardless of length of stay. (Studios, $175, 1 Bed $250 and two bedroom = $295)
We will provide a local contact for your convenience during business hours and 24/7 for emergencies
Your Car must be registered at The AOAO Office in Building 18. If you arrive & the office is closed, no problem waiting til it is open.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM

Please dispose of trash and perishables before departure. If time allows, please start the dishwasher, and a load of laundry.
