This second-floor condo sits directly across from one of Ekahi’s quiet pools, serene and set in the midst of the gardens, like your own private pool mere steps from the door. The beach, pavilion, and main oceanfront pool are just a 3-minute walk away, close enough to pop back to the condo for a forgotten drink or sunscreen.

Remodeled down to the studs in 2016, 1D features vaulted ceilings in a Lower Village location, making the living area feel open, airy, and spacious. Stunning views of the ocean, West Maui Mountains, and the beautiful gardens greet you in the main living area. Top-notch appliances, lighting, decor, electronic shutters, plantation shutters, and a wine refrigerator complete this modern and upscale condo. Or simply open the lanai doors and let the trade winds cool the space.

The expanded primary bedroom has an office area, a comfortable King bed, and an ensuite bath with a rain shower. Hidden bunk beds off the entry will delight your children or provide a cool and private space for adult guests.

The living area centers on a 70-inch flat-screen TV with one-touch remote control and surround sound throughout the unit. Lie back in the recliner and watch your favorite game or show. The well-stocked kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and dining.

Beach toys include boogie boards, beach chairs, 2 pool loungers, pool noodles, and 3 coolers. You’ll also find board games (Monopoly, Taboo, Scrabble, Inkblot, cards, and more) and a paperback library for quiet evenings in. Come enjoy our Aloha.

To secure this booking, a payment of 2 days is due within 5 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book

We will show a TENTATIVE booking (Yellow) on our calendar for your dates and change it to BOOKED (red) when your initial payment is received. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received.

Cancellation Policies:
For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival – we only refund what we can re-rent on a pro-rata basis.

Property Rules

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.

Minimum stay is 5 nights, except Holiday Season when it is 14 nights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Ekahi has removed all grills / BBQs from private lanais and now has several community BBQs through the property (Pavilion Pool, Building 47)

Cleaning Fee of $250 – 395 + TAX applies to all condos regardless of length of stay. (Studios, $175, 1 Bed $350 and two bedroom = $395)

We will provide a local contact for your convenience during business hours and 24/7 for emergencies

Your Car must be registered at The AOAO Office in Building 18. If you arrive & the office is closed, no problem waiting til it is open.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM

Ekahi village unit 8A is absolutely fantastic!! The location of this unit is literally a few steps out the door and through the pool right to the beach!! The unit is clean and has everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels!! It was an awesome place to stay and it is all about the location for us!! So nice to be so close to the beach, that was the best part since we were out there every day! That complex is HUGE and some people have a long way to go to get on the beach so this is REALLY the BEST unit to be in!!! Very cute and comfy condo! Matt was absolutely awesome to work with reservation and very informative about activities and check in process. I would definitely recommend staying in Ekahi village 8A to anyone and would definitely stay there again myself! Thank you Matt for letting us experience your beautiful place.

We had a great time staying at Ekahi Village with our family. We loved the condo and all of the amenities offered at the Village. We enjoyed the quiet pool and the large pool with the lovely shaded pavilion as well as quick access to the beach for swimming and playing in the sand with the grandkids!

A big thank you to Matt and the Pauli family for another peaceful stay at their condo at the Ekahi Village. It is fast becoming our home away from home. We have stayed at 3 different units managed by the Pauli Family, and each time Matt has been quick to respond and helpful. Ekahi Village is our favorite place to stay, with a beautiful pool area and easy access to the beach. If you are a walker/jogger, you can complete 4 miles (round-trip) by walking the beach and path to the end of the trail past the Fairmont. The views are spectacular. Unit 11E was beautifully renovated and decorated. The sofa and bed were very comfortable, and we found ourselves spending more time at the condo and enjoying the views from the living room and bedroom. A truly relaxing vacation!

Thanks for everything Matt, the place was really nice and comfortable, and the whole complex was beautiful. The 2-3 minute walk to the main pool next to the beach was really nice also. The only issue I had was figuring out how to work the TV, when we were at the condo. Otherwise everything was really nice. Thanks again Matt and the Pauli family.

We stayed in unit 24D and it was delightful! It was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. Everything we needed for the beach was provided, from beach towels to snorkeling gear. The kitchen was fully equipped and the A/C & ceiling fans were perfect. It’s an easy walk to the beach and, while close to the road, we never noticed any noise. We would happily stay here again. Thank you.

Honestly: Our accommodations at Ekahi 19D were perfect. Owner was incredibly communicative and helpful from the start, the condo itself was beautifully well-maintained, spacious, had everything we needed; the grounds were safe, peaceful, beautiful. We loved the pools and the 5 (or less) minutes walk to the beach—twice we met sea turtles placidly swimming through the beach goers in the shallow water. Groceries and restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive, only 30 minutes from the airport. The view from the lanai was incredible and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. All the stars! I can’t wait to return.

My review will be split into two parts- one reviewing Ekahi Village, and one recalling my experience with Pauli Family CondosPart 1: Ekahi Village5/5 stars. My wife and I have been coming to Maui every year for the past few years and Ekahi Village is our home here. The location is great, the units (which are owned by different entities- Pauli Family Condos, CoralTree (formally Hyatt), etc.) that we’ve stayed in have been very nice, the beach is top tier, and the amenities such as the pools, pavilions (the main one has a kitchen, clean bathrooms, BBQ/grills, and beach access), and grounds are incredible.If you are looking for somewhere to stay on Maui, regardless of your group size, this is a great option. We will always stay here when we come to Maui.Part 2: Pauli Family CondosFYI: we rented Unit 8a. Probably the best location in the entire complex and my wife and I’s dream location. 10 seconds to the pavilion and 1 minute to the beach.They were great to deal with while booking. Matt Pauli was quick to answer my emails- he was kind and thorough and I could tell that I was dealing someone who specialized in hospitality. We received our check in instructions about a week or so before arriving, which I appreciated. We were given a phone number for our on island contact if we needed anything during our stay.Here is where the loss of a star comes in and it comes down to communication and transparency.When we arrived to the unit, we walked in and noticed the air conditioning was not on. When we went to turn it on, we found out there was no A/C in the main living area. It’s not a huge deal on Maui because it’s always 70 degrees with a moderate breeze, but it was jarring getting off 15 hours of travel to be met with a room that was hotter than it was outside. I do wish I had been made aware that there was no A/C in the main area when I had booked the room. Honestly that should be included in the unit description on their website- especially with the price of this unit. I understand that it says “A/C in bedroom” but it’s still omitting the fact that there’s no A/C elsewhere.In the bedroom, the A/C unit was broken, but they had installed a stand alone unit that pulled air in through the window. Again, not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to have been made aware.This unit was definitely less updated than other units we’ve stayed in at Ekahi Village, but it was clean and that’s really all we care about.Our last evening, we were met with a surprise: a roach the size of my hand, crawling on the ceiling. It came in where the A/C unit connected to the window as there was a gap. It clicked and flew around the room. I called our on island contact to see if they had a bug man or maintenance man to come take care of it.I did this because in past stays (through CoralTree) we’ve been able to call if there was an issue like this. Most of the time companies like to see the pest to log it for records and kill it. We had a scorpion in our unit in the past, and it prompted a respraying around our unit. They (CoralTree) had appreciated the heads up so they could handle this for future guests.When I called our on island contact to see about this, I was told to look for raid under the counter. When there wasn’t any, I was told to just deal with it. This annoyed me greatly, as it made me feel as though pest control and logging of those pests isn’t a priority. It’s Hawaii- the bugs are big and scary (I’ve killed several millipedes, roaches, scorpions, helped geckos find their way back outside,etc.), but for the price I paid (just shy of 4K for a week) I expected.. something? It was just a little jarring and a not great ending to our stay this year.Overall, great stay, I just wish communication and transparency had been better.

Stayed 15 days at this great studio, Ekahi Village 44E . Ate many breakfasts and dinners on the lanai with a wonderful view. Well equipped. Be prepared for some walking to/from beach but it is a beautiful walk thru the greenbelt. Some road noise during the day and early evening but otherwise quiet. Nice quiet pool just a few steps away. Matt was very easy dealing with before and during the trip. Exceeded our expectations.

My family had a wonderful weeklong stay in Ekahi 11E! We have stayed at many Ekahi condos over the years, and this was one of our favorites. Beautiful views but just a short walk to the beach. Very well appointed - pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen, abundant toiletries, comfortable furniture. And the pull down bunk bed worked great for my daughter - she appreciated not having to sleep on a pull out couch! Matt is an excellent host. We can’t wait to come back.

The condo we rented at Wailea Ekahi was wonderful. Beautiful views off the lanai and gorgeous plants all around. Condo was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, boogie boards, kid sand tools, and a wagon to haul it all. The beach was perfect and had a great/easy snorkeling spot with so many sea turtles. We’ll be back!

We stayed in Ekahi 11E. This is a wonderful property. Immaculate inside and newly renovated to a high spec and very up to date style. Very quiet with beautiful views and fantastic sunsets straight from your balcony. The Resort lawns, pools and the beach are some of the best in Maui and not crowded what so ever. Excellent communication from Matt Pauli. This is definitely the best place to stay in the Wailea area.

INCREDIBLE CONDO! What a view from the oversized deck. The unit is spacious as well as well designed and furnished. You feel like a local in Hawaii! Matt was great in assuring us we were supporting the community after the horrible fires as well when we were nervous to come! Great place to book!!!

First class all around! Beautiful property and very well maintained. Quiet units with beautiful views (the sunsets are heaven) and respectable crowds. Resort beach has to be one of the best in Maui and not crowded what so ever. Rent snorkel gear and check out all the colourful fish and octopus. Now is the best time to go to Maui having little to no crowds is something we haven’t seen for decades. Locals welcome you all around they need the tourism to survive. We spent our first family vacation to Maui at the amazing Wailea Ekahi 17C. I spent hours upon hours searching for the perfect condo for our family of 5 and am so happy I found this gem. The unit was perfect, completely updated and very comfortable. The large lanai was where we spent every morning with coffee and evening with a glass of wine. The grounds are beautiful, with lush, mature landscaping. We spent most days either by the amazing beachside pool or on the gorgeous beach. The sunsets were breathtaking! It was a pleasure to work with Matt and we look forward to spending more vacations here in the future.

Another wonderful stay at a Pauli-owned property. This unit (11E) has beautiful views of west Maui and the ocean, is steps from one of Ekahi’s quiet pools, and is only a short walk down to Keawakapu beach via the greenbelt. The condo was as described, very clean, and well-appointed with kitchen items, beach chairs/umbrella, and an insulated cooler for the beach. There is even an 85” TV that we would not normally use while in Maui, but was perfect for watching the Tour de France in the evenings. We really enjoyed the balcony with views every morning while having coffee (and sometimes malasadas), and we look forward to staying at another Pauli unit during our next visit to Maui!

We have rented condos three times now and every time never disappoints! Our most recent trip to celebrate our 15 year anniversary, along with friends who also rented, has been fabulous once again. The grounds are always amazing. The pools and beach access so convenient. And the amenities included in the condo were spot on. Every detail thought through. Our most recent rental of 11E has been my favorite so far, but you honestly can’t go wrong here with any one you select. Thanks for providing us a spot to make fun family memories while visiting Maui.

We loved our stay at 11E. All our senses were awakened like from a long winters nap. The fragrance of flowers greeted us as we entered the courtyard of this building. The sounds of the birds was such a delight, and the ocean sounds just a short walk away. The sights from the unit were so soothing- green from the lawn, colors from the flowers about and the ocean in view. We enjoyed the quiet pool and the larger pool by the ocean and we loved the beach and ocean a short walk from the condo. The pavilion at the large pool was a gathering place for people to play games or cards or eat or get out of short rain falls. And a shower there for rinsing off. Perfect for families. In the evening the ritual of sitting on the long lawn for sunset with others in the community, or sitting on the lanai of our condo. We used the community grill near our condo when we didn't venture out for dinner. The condo itself was very comfortable with lots of touches by the owners including binoculars and beach towels and equipment. The bed and bedding ensured restful sleep. We would love to return to 11E!

My husband and I had a great time in Ekahi 01E! It was spotless on our early arrival, which was great to have the option of an early arrival! Comfy king bed, comfy furniture, great kitchen with sharp knives(!), and the washer and dryer was such a nice amenity as we were staying for 11 days. The sunset view from the balcony during dinner couldn't be beat... or so we thought until we went down to the pool and experienced the waves and view! Enjoyed its central location and being able to walk to the Shops at Wailea and along the boardwalk. I do not hesitate in recommending this condo for your stay on Maui. Matt and Anita (our Maui contact) responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We had the stay of a lifetime and so will you! Book it!!

We stayed at 50B condo for 10 days in May for celebrating my daughter’s university graduation. We had a wonderful time in Wailea Ekahi village The resort is very clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens and easy access to the beach, also the pavilion is so great and beautiful area to accommodate guests by the overlooking ocean pool. The beach is very close and we loved our morning walk on the beach and also watching beautiful sunset by the pavilion every day.The location was perfect for us to go shopping at the Shop at Wailea within walking distance and also short walk to the beach.. Matt was very kind and helpful, easy to communicate. I really appreciated to have late check out option for our late flight (10pm). Past our 3 trips to Maui has been great but always challenging how yo spend the last day after check out till our late night flights. When I saw the late check out option was available to us, we booked it at the time of booking which made our last day so much easier and enjoyable. I think that is an excellent option and another reason to stay at Wailea Ekahi !! The 50B was very spacious and comfortable for us, We enjoyed dinner at the huge lanai with beautiful garden and partial ocean view. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice dishes, great quality pots and pans, very sharp Henkel knives. I love cooking so I really appreciate them. Master bedroom had very comfy king size bed with nice furniture, on suite bathrooms was beautiful and very spacious with a full size closets. It was great to have beach towel, breach chairs and coolers !Thank you for everything, Matt !! We really enjoyed our stay at 50B and we will be back for our next Maui trip for sure !!
