We love our quiet corner of Ekahi, with colorful tropical landscaping and a small ocean view. You can hear the surf hitting the shore, far away from any road noise, and the walk to the beach, main pool, and Ekahi’s beautiful pavilion (home to a full kitchen, BBQs, bathrooms with showers, and a small fitness center) is quick, easy, and totally flat.
Our down-to-the-studs 2007 remodel reconfigured this Maui home to work perfectly for us and our vacation guests. Because the unit sits up off the ground, it’s one of very few first-floor condos with central air conditioning. We moved the hot water heater under the lanai to gain more interior space and removed an unnecessary wall to create a larger, more contemporary open living area.
We even added a private second sleeping area with a built-in twin bed and its own full bathroom, perfect for one kiddo or an extra adult.
You’ll find many extras throughout: complimentary high-speed WiFi, a printer and scanner, two flat-screen Smart TVs (living room and bedroom) with a 5-speaker sound system in the living area, Apple TV with complimentary Netflix, a King Select Comfort Sleep Number bed, and a full-size washer and dryer. Who could ask for more?

Payment
To secure this booking, a payment of 2 days is due within 5 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.
Cancellation
If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment. If you cancel inside 60 days then we refund only what we can re-rent on a prorated basis.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, except Holiday Season when it is 14 nights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Ekahi has removed all grills / BBQs from private lanais and now has several community BBQs through the property (Pavilion Pool, Building 11)
Cleaning Fee of $200 – 350+ TAX applies to all condos regardless of length of stay. (Studios, $200, Others $350)
We will provide a local contact for your convenience during business hours and 24/7 for emergencies
Your Car must be registered at The AOAO Office in Building 18. If you arrive & the office is closed, no problem waiting til it is open.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
