Our beautifully remodeled ground floor Ekahi studio condo provides a relaxing and peaceful setting with beautiful garden views.
This renovated condo did not miss a beat as the entire condo was redone with stone, granite, tile, and the perfect Hawaiian accents. You’ll find everything for a relaxing, affordable stay at this gorgeous Ekahi Village studio condo.
BETTER THAN A HOTEL ROOM
The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, bamboo cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a coved ceiling with ceiling fan. Flatware, glasses and small appliances complete the fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom is spectacular! New cabinets, vanity, counter top and a beautiful etched glass shower enclosure with stone and honu complete the shower.
The rest of the living area has beautiful tile floors, two ceiling fans, a split ductless A/C system and beautiful furniture. Oh yes, there is a Flat screen HDTV with DVD player, full size washer/dryer, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. Perfect for the light packer!
We have updated our sleeping arrangements (March 2024) with a brand new Tempur-Luxe Breeze, Medium Hybrid 13” Mattress, with Supima Cooling Cotton White King Prime sheets. Sure to allow for a peaceful night’s sleep after a long day exploring or playing around Maui.
You can relax reading a book on the lanai or enjoy morning coffee or splurge with a tropical drink and dinner. High Speed WiFi and a luxury king sized bed add the final touches to this wonderful Ekahi Condo.
Only about 50 yards from one of Ekahi’s 3 quiet pools, our studio condo is also a 6 -7 minute walk down the greenbelt to the main Pavilion Pool and beach access. We do have beach chairs and a boogie board as well.
Though we no longer are allowed private grills on the Lani, Ekahi has several grills located around Ekahi including at the Pavilion and Building 47.
Our vacation rental condominium is within walking distance to the Shops of Wailea with its stores ranging from high end to affordable. ABC General Store for condo food and supplies needed in a hurry, The Island Gourmet for more groceries and prepared food and great restaurants to explore. Several golf courses and tennis courts are also conveniently located within 5 – 10 minute drive.
Ekahi Village is a beautiful 43 acre tropical paradise. The well maintained greenbelt (think a golf fairway) and tropical flowers and tree are in abundance throughout. 4 pools – one at the remodeled Pavilion is on world famous Keawakapu Beach which is perfect for swimmers of all ages / skills, snorkeling, SUP, boogie boards or just long walks on the sandy beach. The property also has shuffle board court and paddle tennis court.

To secure this booking, a payment of 2 days is due within 5 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 2 days of confirmation of intention to book.

We will show a TENTATIVE booking (Yellow) on our calendar for your dates and change it to BOOKED (red) when your initial payment is received. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received.
Cancellation Policies:
For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival – we only refund what we can re-rent on a pro-rata basis.
COVID – 19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate,and you are inside the 60 days (you’ve made full payment) then you have the option:
1. 100% credit to a future stay within 12 months OR
2. Refund equal to amount paid less 1 night rental. If we can re-rent your dates, we’ll refund the 1 night as well
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, except Holiday Season when it is 14 nights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Ekahi has removed all grills / BBQs from private lanais and now has several community BBQs through the property (Pavilion Pool, Building 47)
Cleaning Fee of $175 – $295 + TAX applies to all condos regardless of length of stay. (Studios, $175, 1 Bed $250 and two bedroom = $295)
We will provide a local contact for your convenience during business hours and 24/7 for emergencies
Your Car must be registered at The AOAO Office in Building 18. If you arrive & the office is closed, no problem waiting til it is open.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
Please dispose of trash and perishables before departure. If time allows, please start the dishwasher, and a load of laundry.
