Basic Rental Policies

• We accept: Credit cards (Stripe is our credit card processor), PayPal, Venmo, personal checks and Bank to Bank transfers. Please do not send money until we have confirmed availability and sent you a quote.
• Credit cards are subject to a 3% administration fee if used for Payment in full or Balance Due.
• A two-night initial payment confirms the booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
• Minimum stay 4 nights (14 nights during Holiday Season)
• Hawaii State & Maui taxes of 17.962% (Transient Accommodations & General Excise tax are broken out on your quote) will be added to the rental fee.
• $25 – $30* per night, is added to rental fee for extra people above base occupancy to max occupancy.
• All rentals are subject to a CLEANING FEE which varies from condo to condo.
• Late check-out, or early check-in are possible for additional cost, if available.
• Discounts available for stays of over 4 weeks
• NO SMOKING… No Pets

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 1 night payment as admin fee for cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival.
• For cancellations within 60 days of arrival – full amount is forfeit unless …
• If we are able to re-rent the condo, there is a Pro rata refund (less admin fee) for nights re-rented.

COVID -19 UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY

If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate, and you are inside the 60 days (you’ve made full payment) then you have the option:

• 100% credit to a future stay within 12 months OR
• Refund equal to amount paid less 1 night rental. If we can re-rent your dates, we’ll refund the 1 night as well.
