We stayed in 53B for the 2nd year in a row; we had everything we needed! Clean, stocked, love the pool pavilion, Brennan at the pavilion is especially helpful! We will be back!

We loved our stay at 11E. All our senses were awakened like from a long winters nap. The fragrance of flowers greeted us as we entered the courtyard of this building. The sounds of the birds was such a delight, and the ocean sounds just a short walk away. The sights from the unit were so soothing- green from the lawn, colors from the flowers about and the ocean in view. We enjoyed the quiet pool and the larger pool by the ocean and we loved the beach and ocean a short walk from the condo. The pavilion at the large pool was a gathering place for people to play games or cards or eat or get out of short rain falls. And a shower there for rinsing off. Perfect for families. In the evening the ritual of sitting on the long lawn for sunset with others in the community, or sitting on the lanai of our condo. We used the community grill near our condo when we didn't venture out for dinner. The condo itself was very comfortable with lots of touches by the owners including binoculars and beach towels and equipment. The bed and bedding ensured restful sleep. We would love to return to 11E!

This condo was fanatics. It had everything we needed for a great holiday. The view from the Lanai of passing whales was amazing and never failed to please. It was only a short walk down to the beach where we enjoyed amazing swimming no snorkelling right out front of the Ekahi main gate to the beach. There was a great pool just next to the condo and availability of BBQs nearby. I had amazing service from Matt Pauli, who kept in constant contact and was a t4eat source of local information. All in all this apartment was great value for money and very lose to everywhere.

We stayed at Kihei Surfside Condo 212 and can whole-heartedly recommend renting from this wonderful family! The unit itself was particularly tasteful in its decor, with all the kitchen amenities you could need. I was happy to have a tea kettle and tea pot since so many places have just the de rigueur coffee maker! I'm not usually a fan of mirrored walls, but the one in the dining area reflected the gorgeous parklands and made it look like an IMAX screen! I really liked the linens and bed, very comfy, and the unit was pristine clean. The HOA is in the process of installing AC (not too noisy when the work is being done) but we definitely had no need for it since the breezes were more than ample. Two nice beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach towels, and a small cooler made going to the beaches a breeze. If you don't want to hang on the beach after the trade winds kick up in the afternoon, head out to the meticulously maintained lawn overlooking the ocean and pool. There is also a turtle resting area mere steps away - be sure not to get too close in your quest for photos. Respect the honu! Nightly sunset celebrations have a Norman Rockwell feel, with all sorts of families and folks gathering to frolic on the lawn and listen to the quartet of conch shell blowers usher out the sun. It was nice to have a combo lock to the condo so you don't have to worry about lugging a key or card around. Matt was prompt and helpful in all communications and I'm already planning my next stay! We stayed in 3 condos at Ekahi Village for 10 days in December. The condos were wonderful and the surrounding property was kept up beautifully. Each of our condos had everything we needed and then some. My son had a small issue with the television and the owner took care of it quickly. The kids loved the new pavilion area and enjoyed the pool. Overall a great place to stay and so convenient to beaches and restaurants. I’d highly recommend Ekahi Village to families.

We have stayed at the same unit for many years now and we always go back to the same place. It is clean, comfortable, roomy and the views are awesome. It is a close 10 minute walk to the mall where one can find groceries asn well as abundant shopping. However we go there for the scenery and the place, a close 5 minute walkt through beautiful grounds to the beach and pool. It only took us one stay to be hooked onto this beautiful suite. Higly recomend it if you want quality, quiet, cofortable beautiful place to stay at.

We just returned from 48b and we had a fabulous time. It was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Wailea Ekahi is the best location on Maui, and the resort is very well maintained. The pools are first class and the beach access from the property is fantastic. The toughest decision we faced was which pool to go to, and whether or not we should hit the beach first and then the pool, or the pool frost and then the beach.We will be back

This was our 5th trip to Maui and our 2nd time staying at Ekahi Village. We stayed in 48B and we have found "our place" now for when we visit Maui. The studio works great for us and while this unit is a further walk to the pool pavilion/beach, we love the location with the privacy it provides, a lanai that keeps us in the shade all day so we can be out there any time of the day, and the 5 min walk to the pool/beach is great exercise, quick and easy. One of the smaller pools is just steps away. Unit was spotless, comfortable, very nice features and everything you need to do your own meals, do your laundry and of course all the beach supplies you need, as well as pickleball paddles. The grounds at Ekahi are beautiful and well maintained, and we always feel safe and secure while staying there. Communication for everything we needed to know from the time we booked and throughout our stay was clear, timely and quick response to any questions we had. Thank you, Pauli Family, for a great vacation - we will certainly stay with you again and have already highly recommended you to our friends.

My husband and I had a great time in Ekahi 01E! It was spotless on our early arrival, which was great to have the option of an early arrival! Comfy king bed, comfy furniture, great kitchen with sharp knives(!), and the washer and dryer was such a nice amenity as we were staying for 11 days. The sunset view from the balcony during dinner couldn't be beat... or so we thought until we went down to the pool and experienced the waves and view! Enjoyed its central location and being able to walk to the Shops at Wailea and along the boardwalk. I do not hesitate in recommending this condo for your stay on Maui. Matt and Anita (our Maui contact) responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We had the stay of a lifetime and so will you! Book it!!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in Unit 13E at Ekahi Village. The condo is perfectly appointed, modern and super comfortable with a fantastic view from the lanai overlooking the the property and the beach. Matt is extremely responsive and hospitable. The condominium was absolutely incredibly clean and beautiful the entire development was beautiful the pools especially the pool by the ocean the private beach everything was very very convenient to get to. Just returned from our stay in 2F. This unit is on top of a hill facing the ocean so the views from the lanai are incredible. We loved starting and ending our days here. We went down to the beach on our second day but those trade winds are no joke, and after getting a few mouthfuls of sand we were lucky enough to grab a couple of loungers by the pool.If you like designer fashion, the shops at Wailea are super close and have a few high end designer stores that offer special Hawaii pricing. We did need a car to get to pretty much anything else, so make sure to rent one or you'll be stuck.Communication was great and Matt was super quick and responsive on our first day when our code wasn't working. And the in unit laundry really came in handy after I fell in a mud puddle on our trip to Hana.My only 2 small wishes:providing some beach gear like a couple folding chairs and an umbrella so we could make the most of the beach which has no shade.Our AC unit instructions said not to set below 74 but with how hot it was, I was still pretty uncomfortable in the night. An additional freestanding fan would have been nice for some more cool air.Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in condo 20A and it was fantastic! Every room was clean, pretty and appeared newly updated and decorated. There were nice touches throughout the condo, plenty of beach necessities, towels and a great vacuum. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything you would need and the bathrooms had rain shower heads (loved it) with more than enough bathing/bathroom essentials for our week long stay. We had loads of fun with our visits from chickens and baby chicks. All the rooms had an AC unit and ceiling fan so we were all very comfortable at all times. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus for us and so happy that the detergent pods were provided. The beach was a super short walk away through the back patio door and the grounds landscaping was lush and full of bright blossoms that enhanced our island experience!The only thing is the second bedroom was supposed to have 2 twin beds separated, which was a bit of a hassle for us to resolve. We didn’t need an alarm clock, the roosters crow at 5:45 am…or earlier!These minor mishaps/surprises would not keep us away and we would certainly stay here again!

We stayed at 50B condo for 10 days in May for celebrating my daughter’s university graduation. We had a wonderful time in Wailea Ekahi village The resort is very clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens and easy access to the beach, also the pavilion is so great and beautiful area to accommodate guests by the overlooking ocean pool. The beach is very close and we loved our morning walk on the beach and also watching beautiful sunset by the pavilion every day.The location was perfect for us to go shopping at the Shop at Wailea within walking distance and also short walk to the beach.. Matt was very kind and helpful, easy to communicate. I really appreciated to have late check out option for our late flight (10pm). Past our 3 trips to Maui has been great but always challenging how yo spend the last day after check out till our late night flights. When I saw the late check out option was available to us, we booked it at the time of booking which made our last day so much easier and enjoyable. I think that is an excellent option and another reason to stay at Wailea Ekahi !! The 50B was very spacious and comfortable for us, We enjoyed dinner at the huge lanai with beautiful garden and partial ocean view. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice dishes, great quality pots and pans, very sharp Henkel knives. I love cooking so I really appreciate them. Master bedroom had very comfy king size bed with nice furniture, on suite bathrooms was beautiful and very spacious with a full size closets. It was great to have beach towel, breach chairs and coolers !Thank you for everything, Matt !! We really enjoyed our stay at 50B and we will be back for our next Maui trip for sure !!

My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Pauli Family Condos. We stayed in the 53E unit and it was everything we had hoped for. The view from the patio was stunning and the room had everything you’d need. The room included a beautiful shower, functional kitchen, comfy bed and living room space. Included with the room were awesome beach chairs, two kinds of coolers, and complimentary toiletries.The room was the perfect amount of walking distance from: the beach, the pool, gourmet markets, shopping, golf, and coffee shops (our favorite).You have so many options within walking distance and we couldn’t of asked for a nicer room. Anita did an excellent job prepping the room ahead of time and we are thankful for all staff member!10/10 stars, thank you for making our honeymoon memorable!!! We will be back, undoubtedly.

we just stayed in 2B and it was perfect! It is well-stocked, and very comfortable. The view is lovely. Arrival and departure were very easy. This is not a criticism of the condo, but it would be helpful if the condo association placed more beach chairs and umbrellas around the pool area. People save them from early morning and after 9:00 a.m., it was impossible to procure shaded beach chairs during the day.

Sitting at Kahului Airport already missing 1D. We had 8 fantastic nights in this luxury condo - photos just do not do it justice. We are already planning when we will be back. Location is premium Wailea - walking distance to everything and driving to West Maui for adventures was easy. Fantastic beach, pools, grounds, and the VIEW! My sister already booked their anniversary vacation at Ekahi via Matt — it really is that good.

First, we actually booked this trip two years ago and waited due to Covid. Matt worked with us and we are sure was frustrated by our constant indecisions over those two years. We finally made the trip. Second, all we can say is that it was perfect. Maui is fantastic and part of the reason for this was the Ekahi condo. Well appointed, in excellent condition, quiet, comfortable, nice location and more. Our only recommendation is to provide a USB plug in so that electronic devices can be charged. Thanks Matt for all your help and great accommodations. Literally a perfect trip.

We are concluding our weekly stay in Condo 49D and have had a most wonderful time. The condo is spacious for 2 and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the lanai and even saw a whale breech this evening. The views are expansive and the condo is nicely appointed! The only negative is on the lanai there is some road noise but so grateful to have had this condo in our price point for the lovely Wailea area. The view overshadows the road noise (and you do not hear the road noise inside the condo). The quiet pools for adults only (pretty much) are fantastic. The beach is easily accessible! Swimming with the turtles was amazing!

53E in Ekahi Village is your home in paradise. The studio is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a relaxing and/or fun-filled vacation is at your disposal… from a quick walk to the beach and pool to a gourmet feast at home! 53E has everything you need and more. We especially enjoyed a glass of wine watching the sunset over the waves from your balcony. Of course, morning coffee watching the whales wasn’t too shabby either!Mahalo to the Pauli Family for making this so easy to book and enjoy!

We stayed at 24D for the Christmas holidays and we were impressed with how spacious the unit was, with high ceilings, lots of windows. The AC units would cool the place in no time with help from ceiling fans. Although unit is near the main road, if you closed the windows, you don't hear the traffic. We also were able to avail of beach umbrella, folding chairs, snorkeling gears and much more! To reach the beach, it is only a 5 minute walk. The grocery store is less than a mile away, only 15 minute walk. Very convenient! I would rent from Pauli Family again, maybe this time a unit closer to the beach since my husband likes to look out and see the ocean.

We stayed six nights in Unit 48B. The booking process was completed online and was very easy. Matt corresponded with us via email and his instructions were clear. I also organized a later checkout with Matt as our flight was not departing until 4 PM. We arrived to a very tidy and clean unit on the ground floor. The kitchen was stocked with newer kitchenware and lounge chairs/umbrellas/igloo cooler for the beach. There is a pool within a min walk and the main pool/pavilion area/beach access is about a five to six min walk. The Shops at Wailea are very close, Kihei is just a 15 min drive and we found an excellent restaurant - Kula Bistro (45 mins away), where we had our best meal of our stay. We had originally booked the Residence Inn and we are so glad that we changed to the Pauli's condo. We are already looking forward to our next trip back.

Loved that this location has beach access! It was one of my main points when booking our trip and luckily I found this place. Our condo was very clean and updated, we were very close to your pool and beach! Gorgeous views and very clean! For us it was very quite as well which we appreciated but that might be different depending what unit you stay in.Overall, loved this place and would definitely recommend and come back.

We recently stayed in the Pauli Family condo, 21A, in Ekahi Village, Maui, October 14 to 21, 2021. We absolutely loved the condo. It is well appointed, comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It comes with everything you need to cook a meal as well as various pieces of equipment for relaxing on the beach or enjoying water activities.The unit is about a two-minute walk to the beach using the public access road that runs behind the compound. Although there is only a small view of the ocean, the soothing sound of the waves can be clearly heard, especially at night.The Shops at Wailea and downtown Kihei are only a few minutes drive away. Ekahi Village is well located for shopping, dining, and golfing. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I just spent a magical 8 days in Ekahi condo #20A with another couple. The condo was absolutely perfect from the comfortable and stylish furnishings, to the three lanai's with a beautiful yard and view of the ocean through the palm trees (picture attached at sunset). The condo was filled with absolutely everything we needed to visit the beach (3 minute walk away and picture attached), visit the pool, cook meals, tidy up, and have great dinners that we either made or picked up from one of the many restaurants and food trucks near by. We loved to see the birds, the kitties, the gecko's and butterflies around the property. Thanks so much to Matt for helping make this a vacation to remember!

We spent 5 nites here in September. It's an exceptionally well-appointed unit with a well-stocked kitchen; roomy with multiple lanais. The location is great, though it's difficult to have a bad location in the Ekahi village. One minor drawback is that the bathrooms are somewhat open to the bedrooms which I assume is to allow for ventilation. But that means that the bathrooms are not completely walled off from the sleeping areas so using the loo early in the morning can wake up your partner either through noise or light.

These condos are fabulous! Fantastic view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything that allowed us to have a wonderful time in Maui. I will return to Wailea Ekahi Village on my next trip to Maui.

We wanted to thank you for sharing your home with us. We have been visiting Hawaii annually since 2005. However, this stay was special because we were celebrating our 50th Anniversary . Your condo (49D) has a homey comfortable feel. We so appreciated the Asian art & artifacts...and the spectacular view & location goes without saying. We also wanted to thank Cheri for being so attentive to our needs during our stay.

We absolutely LOVED our 1-week stay in 49D! This is our 4th time in Maui and our BEST accommodations ever! We had an amazing ocean view in our condo, thoroughly enjoyed cooking in our fully-equipped kitchen, appreciated the lovely manicured grounds of Ekahi Village, enjoyed the walk to & from the beach each day, and loved the convenient location. This place was amazing. 2 of my friends and I stayed there for a girls trip It had everything you could possibly need. It was clean, spacious and updated. I would recommend it to anyone. My friends and I did a lot of research before picking a spot to stay and we are so glad we chose this condo! It was so close to the pool and about 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The management team was very thorough and had great communication.

This was our second time staying in a Pauli Family condos. Both stays have been excellent. Matt is easy to work with and very responsive. The units are well equipped. The kitchens are fully functional (ie pots, pans, blender), also love that beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided for use during your stay. The location is great, with a beautiful beach.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Wailea Ekahi Village. The resort is very well-maintained with several pools and direct access to a gorgeous stretch of beach – we walked and snorkeled along the beach each morning of our stay. The contactless check-in and checkout process was very smooth. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have a large group.The only thing I will note is that the concierge tried to charge me a $92 service fee at the time of my check-in even though I paid all fees when I first made the reservation. So just be careful that they don’t sneak in any charges.

I hesitate to write a review because I don't want the secret to get out. We stayed here for 6 nights and were blown away! Just to compare, we spent the last night of our vacation at a resort in Wailea and there's no comparison. Ekahi is not only more economical, but this place is 10x nicer than any resort on the island. This is officially our go-to beach vacation destination.

My family of 4 spent 6 nights in unit 17F this month. We loved this spacious condo and the entire complex! We had a lovely ocean view from our unit and we were just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The landscaping of the grounds is gorgeous (see photo). The kitchen is very well-equipped and having a washer/dryer came in quite handy. The king bed was super comfortable. The little touches - reef conscious sunscreen available and dimmer switches on most of the lights - made us feel at home. We have stayed at many ocean view condos over the years and this one ranks among the top 2 for its comfort, its location, and its bang for your buck. Thank you to Matt Pauli for being so responsive as we were making our vacation plans.

We are at the end of wonderful stay. The condo is well described on the website. It is easy to find and access. It suits two people and has all the amenities you would need, including a full kitchen and laundry unit. It is 10 min from the beach and the main pool. The beach is connected to the other beaches and you could walk 1.5 miles of pure sand almost for yourself. Also, if you consider the rates in nearby hotels, it is a still. Wonderful place!

Great two weeks in Wailea Ekahi at Pauli condo 21A. This condo had been recently remodeled and was done really well. The bathrooms, bedroom, living room and kitchen were all well designed and felt like home. The kitchen was well supplied and had all the utensils needed. The appliances were great. Very nice lanai, which is where we had every meal while we were there. Great location, literally two minutes from the back door to the sand.Also, it should be noted that this trip had been canceled twice in 2020 due to covid. Matt Pauli was wonderful to work with and help us negotiate the cancellations with ease. We are very grateful for the professionalism and courtesy they extended. I would not hesitate to rent from them on our next Maui trip. I will be referring family members as well.

We stayed at Kamaole One #3 and had the best vacation ever in Maui. We’ve been coming to Maui for years and this was by far the best location and condo. I’d rate this 5 stars and we can’t wait to come back.

This unit is one of the exceptional one bedroom units as it has a large lanai with two very comfortable lounge chairs as well as a table outside with 5 comfortable chairs. The king bed is very comfortable and there are side windows as well as a door with a screen so one has plenty of air for sleeping. The living room is quite large with a comfortable couch and chairs and a large table with 4 chairs. The air conditioner in the bedroom and living room work well and are quiet if you need them. The view is quite lovely looking out to the ocean and the porch is secluded so people are not walking by and looking in as you are sitting there. We stayed here 11 nights during Covid (late January) and had great weather with no bugs and perfect beach temperatures without being too hot. It was an easy walk to the pavilion pool and beach and very close to one of the smaller pools. We had nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella! We were in 2BMatt Pauli was extremely nice, accommodating, easy to work with and made sure that we had what we needed as well as allowing us late checkout as we had a very important call that we had to take shortly after checkout. We would definitely recommend a unit that he might own or mange.

Matt was wonderful to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The unit we stayed in (2B) was AMAZING!!! It had everything we needed. When I opened the front door, the first words that came out of my mouth were "OH MY!!". The view of the ocean from the lanai was breathtaking! Ekahi village is beautiful and this condo is amazing! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many, many condos while travelling and this was one of, if not the, best. Great sleeping quarters for the kids. Beautifully appointed and the views from the deck and master bedroom are unreal. We hope to come back and get to stay at 11E again!

Just completed a week stay in Condo #20A for our first trip ever to Maui and it was amazing! Well maintained and recently updated. The condo fit our group of 6 comfortably with room to spare. The pool for the Wailea Ekahi Village has stunning views and is connected to the ocean. Everything was top of the line and the friendliness of the owners couldn’t be beat. The location was ideal for all events on the island from visiting Lahaina and Kapalua to doing the Road to Hana and Haleakala. A walk to the beach is only 3 minutes away as it’s right across the street. In addition, a number of fabulous restaurants are less than 15 minutes away as it’s right off of S Kihei Rd. Highly recommend for all future visitors of Maui!

We stayed in 50E for 2 weeks and loved it so much we tried to book an extra week! It was already booked but Matt was able to accommodate us with another unit. He also helped us make the transfer simple by having us check out and check in the new unit at the same time. Speaking of accommodating, we have to say with all the rule changes amid this terrible pandemic Matt was extremely helpful with all my questions pre-arrival. As for the condo, it is very clean, nicely decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The large lanai leads out to a grassy knoll, and several evenings we sat outside on the grass and watched the perfect sunsets. Thank you to the Pauli family for making us feel so at home in this lovely condo.

Matt Pauli and the Pauli Family are first class owners who provide great Condos at affordable rates in Ekahi Village. But even more important, they actually care about the people that come to enjoy this beautiful place. This year we had to cancel our stay and Matt was completely helpful in working with us to defer our stay to a later date and even crediting a significant portion of our fees. We were traveling with others who had similar circumstances and the other condo owners took the approach of keeping the majority of the money even though people were unable to travel because of health reasons that were out of their control. This is exactly the kind of quality we look for in an owner and it drives the kind of allegiance of guests like us wanting to come back year after year to stay and invest their vacation time with someone who cares about them as more than a financial relationship. Hats off to Matt and the Pauli family.

My wife and I stayed in Kamaole One #3 and had an amazing vacation! Matt made the booking process so easy and was very responsive to my many questions via email--extremely professional service! As for Kamaole One #3: WOW!! Beautiful inside and out. Everything you need for vacation is there. The location in Kihei is great as it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The location to the beach can't be beat. Walk out the door, take about 30 steps and you are on a great beach! The views from the lanai were mesmerizing. I could go on and on....The bottom line: this is an incredible place to stay and the service was top notch! If you're considering Kamaole One #3: DO IT!! You will not be disappointed!!

Just returned home from our second stay at 21a in Wailea Ekahi. We love this unit! Cannot wait to return again next year. New owners have added some new features but it was already very well appointed. It is located very close to the main pavilion and beach and is in a quiet, private location. We highly recommend!

We rented this unit for two weeks over Christmas time. A family of five used the unit. Both parents and three children aged 7 to 2 years old.The unit was perfect for them. There was lots of sleeping room, the laundry room worked great, eating areas were fine and access to outside activity areas were excellent.It was a short walk to main pool and beach access. Parking spaces near the unit were always available.It was wonderful. Thank you very much Matt.

We have stayed in Ekahi village about a week ago and we are no in the big island. Ekahi is the best condo because you can walk directly to the pool and beech from the condo and it is not a far walk at all. You can even swim at the beech near the condo as well and walk on the beech to different beeches to see if there is any better beech. It is very simple because all you do is walk from one beech to the next and that is the simplest thing to do if you need something to do and if you are bored in your condo. I would love to come back here again because it is a nice condo. For those of you who have never been to Maui Kahului before or are planning to go there soon, this is the place to stay if you need somewhere to stay.

11E view was spectacular, amenities felt like home (love the pineapples!), and child friendly with the 2 bunk beds. Perfect for a family of 4. Easy walk to the beach, multiple pools, well kept grounds. We saw multiple sea turtles and even a romantic marriage proposal on the beach next to the main pool. World class spot we highly recommend and will definitely come again. Thank you for the hospitality Pauli’s, y’all are the best!

Aloha, Wow, another outstanding stay in a condo with the Pauli Family. Matt is brilliant to deal with. The condo had everything we needed and and we really felt spoilt! We feel so at home and the beach with snorkelling were stunning. The pavillion by the pool is under renovation and we can't wait to see it when it's all done. The pool was all good and we used it lots as the renovation was unobtrusive. I highly recommend the location, the condo and working with Matt Pauli. Everything is always as promised. This was an absolutely great condo. The view was gorgeous and the walk down to the beach was easy. The Beaches in front of the condo were great for swimming and snorkeling. The condo itself had everything you would ever need for a great time. There were beach chairs and a cooler too. The kitchen was well equipped and the lanai furniture was great. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay there again.

Unit 01D was spectacular! It was fully upgraded with beautiful furniture, finishings and top of the line appliances. It had all the amenities one could ever need and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics and more! View was beautiful. The Ekahi grounds in general are gorgeous and incredibly well-kept. We felt totally at home in this unit and our children were equally as content.

This is our third time staying at 20A. Everything is fantastic; the location is fabulous - being so close to the beach (can hear the waves at night in bed), the privacy and beautiful grounds, the lovely decor and warm touches of Hawaii, the high end appliances, the place is completely stocked with everything you need or want, the professionalism and efficiency of the owners - all top notch. We just had a fabulous time in 20A watching all the humpback whales from the Ekahi beach. The condo is wonderfully equipped and just a minute walk from a fabulous beach. The last photo shows a newborn humpback whale that we watched for 2 full days this past week. What a wonderful vacation!

This property is on the beach so with a 1/ kilometer walk at most, you can enjoy the pool and beach without driving your car. Wailea is the place to be in Maui imo . However i heard that they will be tearing down the large pool Cabana section in April.... Why? Hopefully it's to update it WITHOUT costing renters more... That would drive to stay somewhere else on my next visit to wailea. I have been going there for 22 years...

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Dezember 2018 im Apartment 33D verbracht. Die Condo hat schöne hohe Decken (Loft), ist großzügig geschnitten, neuwertig möbliert und liegt im tropischen Garten. Zum beach sind es bergab ca. 4-5 Minuten. Super, daß es neben Beach Chairs auch einen Sonnenschirm gibt ! Die Küche hat wirklich alle nur denkbaren Geräte. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke

We recently spent a little over a week in Ekahi Village 1D, and can not say enough about our experience. The condo was STUNNING and so well equipped. We cooked every night and had everything we needed and more. The built in bunks in the hall bathroom were perfect for our daughter- she thought her own “room” was pretty special. Thank you to Matt Pauli for offering such good suggestions for baby equipment rentals for our son! We cannot wait to return- fabulous place to spend time!!

We rented 50B and were more than pleased, as the unit was better than expected! The Village grounds are nothing short of spectacular, with 4 pools, tennis court and direct access to the beach. Just got back from Maui, 7 day stay. This condo (20A) was the best we have ever stayed in. Very nice, very clean. Close to the everything you need. 2 pools. And you can walk down to the beach. We stayed at Condo 20A at the Ekahi Village. Absolute paradise! The condo was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a perfect beach holiday. Just steps away from the lovely pools and the beautiful beach. Gorgeous sea view from the lanai through the garden. Enjoyed the local area of Kihei too and its restaurants and shops. Also loved eating at Mulligans on the Blue and had a fantastic evening at the Luau at the Wailea Beach Resort. Just such a perfect holiday don't think we will ever be able to surpass it!! Aloha!! Wow we had an amazing 7 night stay in 11E at Wailea Ekahi Village. The condo was a short three minute walk to the beach with beautiful sea views from each room and the lanai. Everything you could need was there and it was absolutely clean and comfortable. We loved the stunning snorkelling at Ulua Beach just a short walk away. It was brilliant to have the two beach chairs and two umbrellas. It was great having all the nice touches and extras that made our stay so comfortable. We loved eating on the Lanai for our meals. The pool areas were brilliant and it was so easy to get a lounger by the pool. The best holiday for our two children, my husband and myself. Cherished memories, we will be back!!! Mahalo

We just returned from a 6-night stay at Ekahi 11E. This was our third stay in this unit, and I actually planned our trip around its availability. The views are great from every room, including both bathrooms! The condo is spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with everything you need for your stay. My college-age boys made use of the bunk area and the pullout sofa so there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beach is just a few steps away, and there are plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We would definitely recommend Ekahi and look forward to another stay in the future!

Ekahi Village is a special place in Maui and the Pauli Family units are among the best we've stayed in. Our most recent stay in #33D was the best yet! This one bedroom upper level unit had a well equipped kitchen and an outstanding lanai. When we weren't sitting at the pool, strolling the beach in the morning, or snorkeling with the turtles we spent our time on that lanai listening to the birds, wind, and waves. Every sunset was a delight.
The temps in the unit were manageable on hot afternoons if you keep windows/blinds open accordingly. The beach can be accessed with a 2 minute stroll down the well maintained greens, gardens, and trees on the property. No need for an alarm clock as the birds will greet you each morning at sunrise - one of the best parts of the day. We took Kihei Rd into town whenever we felt like tacos at Coconut's Fish Cafe or a shaved ice at Ululani's. Though we found our best meals on that lanai on the high top table next to the grill enjoying the sunsets. We are already combing the calendar for #33D to book our next trip so you better book yours soon!

We just got back home from our stay at Kamaole One #3 And I can not put into words exactly how amazing our stay really was. Something we learned after staying was that we did not to to pack 1/2 of what we did because it is all covered haha. To have found something like this within our budget where the most beautiful beach was literally the backyard, was an unbelievable experience. Everything was clean, operating beautifully, and it was EASY to feel like we were home. (just in a better, tropical version of home). We will miss it terribly!! The Pauli family was amazing to work with. Any questions I had were answered with cheer and with this being our first big family vacation, they made me feel completely at ease, not a worry in the world to book in full confidence. We just got home from renting 20A with my brother and sister in law from Texas. The price was great and the location couldn't have been better! We couldn't believe how nicely equipped it was. Cheri, our contact person, was so nice and, much to our surprise, came in a cleaned the condo once during our stay, compliments of the Pauli Family. Thanks folks and see you next time!!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Kamaole One #3. This condo is as awesome as the pictures look! Everything that we needed was ready to go and this made our stay that much more enjoyable! We spent most of our time either on the beach (right outside the back door!) or on the back patio overlooking the beach. A BBQ grill was provided, and we took advantage of it. My girlfriend especially loved the large open showers. Our stay here exceeded all of our expectations, I highly recommend this location.

This year was the second time we have stayed in 50B and our fourth time in Ekahi Village. We love this location, it is beautiful and the gardens are gorgeous and well kept. I think Keawakapu beach is one of the best beaches on Maui. We like 50B because its location near the top of the property makes it private and quiet and the lanai has shade all day which we like. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and cutlery but I would like to see more plates. There were only 6 dinner plates there this time which meant running out of dishes before the the dishwasher was full. We love Ekahi Village and will be back next year.

Our stay in 53E in 2016 was excellent. Beautifully updated studio with everything you could ask for - and more. Perfect size for a couple or solo traveler. Great view, quiet and situated on a beautiful property with an awesome pool and private beach.
And if that stay was excellent, then our stay at Kamaole One #3 last week was utter perfection. Every inch is beautifully appointed. From Dacor and Sub-Zero in the kitchen to new, Polynesian style furnishings throughout. Toss in a paddle board, surf board and a ridiculous water-toy closet and you can't ask for more. Right? No, you can. Tons of linens, kitchen, laundry and bath supplies. We didn't need a thing. And, did I mention the ridiculous water toy closet? I did?
Well, I didn't mention the best part of Kamaole One #3. The location. 15 feet of St Augustine to the sand. Yes. Perfectly centered, unobstructed view of the Pacific. Yep. Best sunset view on the island. Si.
The beach itself was perfectly "crowded". Enough people for a great energy and not too many to find some private space. And, compared to 53E, it's a 10 minute walk to some of the best small restaurants, markets and the legendary (in my mind) ABC Store.
I'd say so much more, but really do not want to add more competition for our time here in 2018. (Sorry, Matt!)

Alle Appartements der Familie Pauli sind toll ausgestattet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Alles ist super gepflegt und ruhig, aber familienfreundlich. Man kann die Brandung hören und vom Balkon die Wale beobachten. Wailea ist eine der besten Adressen auf Maui. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Verschiedene Einkaufszentren sind in Kihei und Wailea.Den Blick auf die Nachbarinseln und nach West-Maui ( abhängig von der Lage des Appartements) vergißt man nicht. Nach insgesamt drei Aufenthalten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Hier hat man alle Vorteile einer Ferienwohnung.

We stayed in 53E for four nights and it was perfect! The condo was clean, well stocked, everything you could need or want! We loved the quiet, beautiful, peaceful surroundings, enjoying home cooked meals on the lanai, and having all the comforts of home. We are already figuring out how to get back to Maui, and we will definitely stay here again!

My Wife and I recently stayed in 53B and the accommodations were perfect. The condo has everything you need. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It truly exceeded our expectations. We are already planning a trip back!

11E was the best! The Pauli Family Condos are nothing short of amazing. The communication, the set up, the amenities! Easy walk to the beach, the pool, an easy drive to Kihei or Wailea Shops. The murphy beds were highlight for our daughters, ages 12 and 10! The views from the shower, will last a long winter in Ann Arbor! Thank you as always!

Wish we could give it more than 5 stars. 11E was magical, the views, the set up, everything. The Paulis have outdid themselves. We have stayed in 20A too, both are super nice for families! Can't say enough good things about Wailea Ekahi Village and the Pauli condos!

This was our 4th visit to this studio unit at Wailea Ekahi Village and everything was terrific. As always, the condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The view from the lanai is perfect and a great spot to have a meal or watch the sunset. Approximately a quarter mile walk through the beautifully landscaped complex will take you to one of the best beaches on Maui.

Very peaceful and quiet unit. Well equipped for going to the beach, which is about a 4 block walk. 2 beach chairs, umbrella, Boggie board and small cooler are fairly new and in good condition. You need to bring your own toiletries since we found no hand soap or shampoo. There was also no Kleenex in the unit. Very close to the Wailea Blue golf course, Marriott and Wailea Shopping Center.

Excellent stay! We recently stayed at 53E and the accommodations were perfect for us. The room had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs, cooler. We also made use of the grill for fresh fish we caught on a fishing charter. Everything looked just like the photos with tons of little extras. The sunset views and flowers around the area were beautiful to see. The complex was quiet and peaceful. Matt truly went above and beyond to accommodate us with our reservation and for that we are extremely grateful! Recommend 100%!

4++++++++. We recently stayed at 53E and were so comfortable that we spent more time indoors than out! The unit was clean, quiet and well provisioned. We had a slight problem with the tv and Anita responded right away to talk us through it, even on a Sunday evening! I would add that you might bring house slippers if you don't want to walk around the condo in bare feet.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days in Wailea Ekahi Village condo 13E which we rented from the Pauli Family Condo Rentals. First of all, I really like using their website for selecting the perfect condo. Second, working with Matt was a very positive experience. He was prompt, friendly and informative. And third, the condo was absolutely the best! My husband and I have been staying at Ekahi Village for over 15 years and this year, with this particular rental, our experience was by far the best we have had. Couldn't ask for a more spectacular view! We are now committed to returning to the beauty and comfort of 13E.

We recently vacationed in the Pauli's 20A condo. What a pleasant surprise when we walked in! The condo is beautiful .... meticulously maintained .... it exceeded our expectations. We have four sons and we did not feel cramped at all. Very spacious .... we were very comfortable. The property is also gorgeous with easy access to the pools and beach. We were also referred to a wonderful concierge, Mona, who was most helpful in arranging our activities outside the condo. We had a blast with surfing lessons, snorkel/snuba trip, luau and golf. Thank you Pauli Family for sharing your home with us. We will most definitely be back someday! 🙂

My husband and I recently stayed in Pauli family's Condo 49D and are still marveling at the standard of the accommodation and the facilities offered. Every amenity had been supplied for our comfort. It made our holiday all the better. Don't look elsewhere for accommodation in the Wailea area!

We have stayed at Ekahi Village two times now and we can't wait to return. These condos are clean, meticulously maintained and equipped, and in a prime location for walking, snorkeling, and swimming. The Pauli Family is terrific with information, queries, and good humor. I highly recommend their units. It is a wonderful experience.

Last week, we stayed in Pauli Family 11e for the first time. This is the best condo in which we've ever stayed! It was all that it was advertised to be--and more. It is well equipped kitchen-wise. In fact, if the toaster oven doesn't suit you for toast, check the cabinets for a toaster. Also, ceiling fans everywhere-- we had no need for air conditioning--and all the necessary beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, to which we added some). And if you are planning a condo renovation of your own, check out the use of space in 11e! Truly amazing! And this unit is tastefully decorated. It is clear that the Pauli's created their Maui paradise and I'm glad they are sharing it!

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Maui! It was awesome! The condo was fully equipped with everything we possibly needed from cooking to beach equipment (chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels etc.) I loved the open feel of the studio 53E it's open and overlooks the ocean along with all the beautiful flowers and landscape. We will definitely be staying at the Ekahi village again we loved our experience, and Pauli family provided top notch service that's hard to beat!
