This remodeled 680 square foot condo occupies the quiet end of an all-concrete building in one of the most desirable spots in Kihei. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with a private lanai off the living room framing ocean and West Maui Mountain views. Split-ductless air conditioning, installed in 2024 in both the living room and bedroom, keeps the unit cool year-round.
The bedroom features a King bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). A queen sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates a third guest, and a half bath sits off the hallway. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a 65-inch smart TV with cable and streaming, and a dining table that seats four.
The fully appointed kitchen features granite counters, bar seating, and quality appliances including a Fisher & Paykel French-door refrigerator. Complimentary WiFi and phone calls to the U.S. mainland and Canada are included, and parking for one vehicle is just steps from the front door. Shared washers and dryers are available in the building.
OCEAN FRONT LOCATION
Because the building faces the ocean away from Kihei Road, there is no traffic noise, and nothing interrupts the view: just water, mountains, and the protected green belt along the shore, where turtle and bird watching are excellent. Keawakapu Beach next door offers soft sand, gentle body surfing, and snorkeling at either end, and the heated pool overlooks the ocean.

To secure this booking, a payment of 2 days is due within 5 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. We will show a TENTATIVE booking (Yellow) on our calendar for your dates and change it to BOOKED (red) when your initial payment is received. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received.
Cancellation Policies:
For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment.
For cancellations within 60 days of arrival – we only refund what we can re-rent on a pro-rata basis.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, except Holiday Season when it is 14 nights unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Cleaning Fee of $250 + TAX applies regardless of length of stay.
